Autism Foundation Of Tennessee

Karen and Steve Blake started the Autism Education Center in 2006 with the goal of providing affordable center based therapy for children with autism and related disabilities.
As parents of a child with autism, they saw the need for a center that provides treatment plans to address the needs of children on the autism spectrum.

The Autism Education Center has been providing outstanding service since it's inception in 2006.  However, many families continue to struggle with the costs associated with raising and treating children with autism.  The solution to this problem is financial assistance in the form of corporate and private donations, and grants.  In order to effectively pursue these avenues, the Autism Education Center has evolved into the Non-Profit,   Autism Foundation of Tennessee.

Mission
Our mission is to utilize individualized programming to teach children with disabilities, skills that will facilitate their development and independence - striving for the highest quality of life in the family and community.
